CDM applies to all construction projects. An F10 is required where work lasts longer than 30 working days with 20 or more workers on site at the same time, or exceeds 500 person days.

PCI includes project description, site rules, significant risks, services information, surveys and design constraints. The Client must ensure it is prepared. We can compile and coordinate it with the design team.

The Principal Contractor prepares and signs the CPP before work starts and keeps it updated throughout. We review it at key programme stages and after any significant change.

Yes, but the Client then assumes the duties and liabilities. Most Clients appoint competent duty holders. We can advise on the best structure for your project.

We check SSIP or equivalent, insurance levels, training records, RAMS and relevant experience. Only competent, insured subcontractors are permitted to work on site.
