G2 was appointed to manage and deliver a comprehensive refurbishment programme across the client’s London premises. The project involved upgrading existing office areas, improving building finishes and services, and coordinating multiple trades within an occupied commercial environment.
Working closely with the client from initial planning through to completion, our team ensured the works were delivered safely, efficiently and to the required specification.

The project was completed on programme while allowing the client's operations to continue throughout the works.
Careful planning was particularly important because sections of the building remained operational throughout the project. Works were phased to reduce disruption, with deliveries, noisy activities and access to working areas carefully coordinated with the client.
As Principal Contractor, G2 coordinated the various trades involved in the project and maintained responsibility for site safety, programme management and quality control.
