Compliance, safety and Principal Contractor - CDM 2015
As Principal Contractor, we manage the legal duties under CDM 2015: inductions and toolbox talks, RAMS coordination, welfare, audits and close-call reporting. Our subcontractors are competence-checked and hold SSIP/CHAS/ISO accreditations. Expect transparent progress updates, QA records and a tidy, safe site.

Most internal changes require Building Control approval rather than planning. We assess your scheme and manage submissions and inspections.

Cat A provides landlord-standard finishes (ceilings, lighting, raised floors, base M&E). Cat B delivers the tenant’s finished workspace — partitions, kitchens, joinery, AV/IT and brand.

Guide only: small suites 4–8 weeks; mid-size floors 8–14 weeks; multi-floor or complex M&E 14+ weeks. Final programme follows survey.
